Meredith Meltsner Anderson

I graduated from Gettysburg College with a BS in Biology and then went on to graduate from Thomas Jefferson University School of Nursing with a BSN in Nursing. Afterwards, I worked as an Orthopaedic Nurse Clinician concentrating in spine surgery with a surgeon at the Rothman Institute in Philly. It's here where I met my husband Stuart as a ortho resident. We went on to marry in Philadelphia on August 15, 1998. After 7 years at the Rothman Institute, I went to work at a biomechanical engineering firm in Philly as a nurse researcher. After Stuart's residency, he chose to complete a surgical trauma fellowship in Edinburgh, Scotland where we lived for 12 months and had the time of our lives. We moved back to the States in 2002 to Greenville, PA (Stuart's hometown) and have settled here to raise our family. Currently, I am heavily involved at my daughter's school, where she is entering the first grade, and I am a member of the Board of Directors at our local library.
